Re-Enrollment and New Enrollment It is that time of the year again, and re-enrollment forms for the 2012-2013 school year are being mailed to each household of current Bear Creek Community Charter School students on Monday, January 2, 2012. Please watch your mail. Parents of existing students must return a completed re-enrollment form advising whether or not each student will be returning for the 2012-013 school year. Completed forms must be received by 3:00 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2012 to retain enrollment - there are no exceptions. Pre-enrollment forms for new students for the 2012-2013 school year will be available online and from the School Office beginning on Monday, February 27, 2012. Completed forms must be returned to the School no later than Noon on Friday, March 16, 2012.			Saturday Morning Early Birds Did you know that beginning in 2015/2016, all high school students will be required to take and successfully pass a standardized test that covers all content areas before they are allowed to graduate? On Saturday, December 7th, we held a brief, 30-minute parent information session at St. Christopher Community Center, explaining to parents the basics of the PSSA process, the new direction we are taking as a school, and how what we are doing now will affect students as they move through high school. It's still not too late to learn about these important issues facing your children. We will be holding another parent information session this coming Saturday, January 14th from 9:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at St. Christopher Community Center. All parents are welcome and encouraged to attend. Along with gaining valuable insight, parents participating will have the opportunity to win some great prizes as part of our Saturday Morning Early Bird Raffle!
