Student Enrollment Process NOTICE: The Pre-Enrollment process for new students for the 2008 - 2009 school year has concluded. Most sections are at capacity. New students will now be accepted on a first come, first served basis. Please contact Joanna Colleran at (570) 820-4070 to obtain enrollment information and forms. The school's enrollment process usually begins in January with a period of Re-Enrollment, where parents of existing students determine whether or not their children will return the following school year. This is followed by Pre-Enrollment, whereby parents who wish to enroll their children for the upcoming school year can make their intentions known. This process requires that parents complete a Pre-Enrollment Form and return it to the school by a deadline. Applicants are then sorted by category. If pre-enrollment exceeds capacity, a public lottery is then scheduled to determine who is accepted. Students who are unsuccessful in the lottery process for immediate enrollment are then randomly ranked (also part of the lottery process) to determine the waiting list for each grade.
